Jusoor Group Sdn Bhd ("Jusoor", "we", "our", "us") is an education and visa consultancy based in Malaysia. We operate the website at jusooreducation.com and provide university admissions, student visa and related support services to international students.

- Passport details and immigration history, where required for visa applications

- Communication records — emails, messages and consultation notes
- Subscription preferences, such as newsletter sign-ups

When you visit our website we automatically collect certain technical data, including:

- Pages visited and time spent on the site

3. How we use your information
Providing consultancy and application support. We use your name, contact details, academic records and passport details to assess your profile and manage your university application.

Communicating with universities and EMGS on your behalf. We share your profile data — as required by each institution — to submit applications, follow up on offers and process your student pass.
Sending our newsletter and service updates. With your consent, we use your email address and subscription preferences to send relevant news, tips and updates.
Improving our website and services. We use anonymous usage and analytics data to understand how visitors interact with the site and to improve our services over time.
Complying with legal and regulatory obligations. We may process identity documents and correspondence records where required under Malaysian law.

- Partner universities — to process your application (MMU, City University, UniKL, INTI, UNITEN, Taylor's, MAHSA, APU)
- Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) — for student pass and visa processing
- Language centres — where you have asked us to arrange an English programme
- Accommodation providers — where you have requested accommodation support
- Email and CRM platforms — used to manage client records and communications
- Payment processors — to handle transactions securely
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected, or as required by law:
- Client application files — five years after the conclusion of services
- Financial records — seven years, in line with Malaysian tax and accounting requirements
- Newsletter subscriber data — until you unsubscribe
- Website analytics data — 24 months on a rolling basis
After the applicable retention period, your data is securely deleted or anonymised.
